Things That Scathe

There are a few things that would scathe me. One of these things are losing a friend. It is really crappy when you get to know someone and that person becomes your best friend or something but you learn that that person is moving far away. Something even worse, however, that person moves away without giving you some way to contact him/her and that person becomes nothing more than one of your greatest memories. Another thing that would scathe me is losing the life of one of your greatest friends. I have been scathed because both have happened to me. Sadly you just have to move on in life.

This post reminds me of several occurances in my life. Once, while I was in Elementary school (I think 2nd or 3rd grade) I had this great friend. I went over to his house many times a week. We played pokémon on our gameboys. We had a great time. Then he told me that he was moving to Ethiopia or Kenya, or some place in Africa.
And then, in 6th or 7th grade, Jes told me he would be moving away. I was kind of sad, although I didn't know him very well. He did give me a way to contact him though. And then he didn't move, so that was good, I guess.
^ I shouldn't be talking about my life on your blog. ^ Sorry.
Interesting word, scathe. You have the coolest post title. I like your new picture too.

Wow. One of your bf's (not boy, best friends) died.
I've been the friend that moves away a lot,, but I always leave contact info. Whether or not I'm actually contacted is another story, I started talking to one of my old 6th grade friends over the summer (she called one day randomly because she said she found my number in an old purse or something) and then we just kind of drifted apart.
It makes me sad, I never really talk to any of my old friends, and they were my best friends since 1st grade.
